Key Job Responsibilities

1.Postage & Courier Parcels: Oversees Postage and Courier services such as but not limited to:
-Sorting and distribution of mail/post and packages & shipments
-Navigating customs for global shipments
-Register keeping/tracking for incoming and outgoing packages and letters
-Working in cooperation with IT and other departments to ship equipment and items to desired locations with accurate postage

2.Health & Safety & Security:
-Demonstrate security awareness, knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures as well as general Health & Safety
-Responsible for identifying emergency exits and other emergency equipment within the office and on floor plans
-Coordinate with property management to determine proper emergency, evacuation and health and safety guidelines in which to follow.
-Fill out and maintain incident reports.
-Responsible for executing simple security tasks such as create a badge, take ID photos and navigate security badge software with assistance
-At as a liaison between corporate security and on-site security vendors and property management security
- Creation and distribution of ID/access badges to new employees and employees that have lost theirs 
- Coordinate the access and viewing of the CCTVs with the appropriate parties

3.Reception/Front of house duties & Employee Services: Taking care day to day front of house/reception duties as well managing employee services such as but not limited to:
-Greets, logs, and provides guests, visitors and contractors with appropriate access to the Groupon office.
-Ensures access cards are issued to new employee's and ensures all lost or exited employee cards are deactivated
-Answer front desk phone and other admin work.
-Submit work order tickets to building management via buildings support systems
-Effectively evaluate internal ticket and determine the proper course of action in order to remedy, via freshdesk/freshworks ticketing system and maintains proper SLA response times
-Handle the parking passes for employees including working with the company or building in charge of parking and following the proper process. 
-Maintain and track all facilities-related inventory such as but not limited to; office supplies, food and beverage, cleaning chemicals, and furniture.

-Daily inspections of cleanliness of the facility including waste management 
-Distribute or replace any employee keys, or locker codes as needed.
-Manage employee services such as but not limited to meals provided, provided equipment inspections, provided transportation needs (Cabs and drivers meet proper hygiene guidelines set forth by Groupon), first aid health and safety requirements. 
-Responsible for recording and delivering key items, information and equipment requested by other orgs.
-Collect and maintain all required documentation required for Groupon and the building including, but not limited to COI's, permits, and licences.

4.Physical Labor/Stocking: Responsible for fulfill the required physical tasks carried out on a regular basis such as but not limited to:
-Move office furniture
-Able to lift and carry 35-65 lbs in order to move office furniture, packages/deliveries, and other office various office items as well as maintain and organize delivery and supply rooms.
- Maintain stock of office supplies, office beverages and stations for such as well as any other items that may be required.
-Make rounds of floors and dispose of garbage and debris throughout the office space.
-Make repairs to office furniture when required 
-Move, adjust and setup office furniture for events or internal moves as well as work with team to setup and teardown events.

5.Utilities Management:
- Responsible for verifying meter readings and communicate as necessary
- if required, daily record keeping and supervising of meter readings, cleaning of air filters, plumbing inspections, and pest control efforts
