About the Job
We are seeking a motivated Junior Web Developer to support the development and maintenance of enterprise systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain web-based applications and database-driven systems.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance internal IT systems and web applications
- Design and implement server-side components and database logic
- Participate in system design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Support system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance
- Assist in translating user requirements into technical specifications
- Provide support and technical assistance to team members as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in web development or IT systems
- Basic understanding of web application development and database systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $71,000 – $112,000, based on experience, skill set, and qualifications
- Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Bilingual in Korean
