Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including Research, UX Design, Content Design, Business, and Development.
- Your responsibilities will include creating conceptual designs, wireframes, flows and prototypes, specifically for our platforms team.
- You’ll work across all stages of the design process, from user research and ideation to final visual design and implementation support.
- As an advocate for user experience at ING, you’ll promote the value of design, increase engagement, and clearly communicate research findings and design ideas.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Design or a related field
- Strong knowledge of UX, information architecture, prototyping, UX research and user-centered design principles.
- Proactive approach to design, with the ability to ask critical questions and base your design on data.
- Expertise in Figma.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bonus points: knowledge of designing with/for AI.
