YOUR IMPACT:
- Find and engage external UGC creators (Influencers, Bloggers, Actors, etc.) to produce impactful and inclusive marketing content.
- Develop UGC concepts, manage the collaboration process, and ensure timely delivery of final content.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with creators.
- Manage and maintain the database and relationships with UGC creators.
- Analyze UGC performance and implement data-driven improvements to optimize results.
- Test and analyze hypotheses to identify effective UGC marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends to introduce fresh ideas and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance strategies and achieve business goals.
ABOUT YOU:
- About 1 year of experience in UGC or influencer marketing.
- Ability to create engaging scripts and briefs for UGC campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of creating compelling ad concepts (hooks & CTAs) tailored to target audiences.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics to evaluate and improve content effectiveness.
- A keen interest in social media trends, tricks, and tips, with the ability to educate others on the latest developments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent English.
