Job description:
- Manage manual outbound payments
- Administrate the Cash Management email box ensuring proper communication.
- Check Failed Payment Batches and alert
- Internal cash transfers ( liquidity, IBAs, etc)
- Provide Proof of Payments to the internal and external parties.
- Cash pools (transfers within structure)
- Daily cash reporting
- Deal with AML/Compliance rejected payments from banks and corrections.
- E-banking verification (balances, movements, etc)
- Support Audit
- Internal Control Systems checking
- Daily Inventory BBR
- Check monthly ABS Bank reports
Others:
- Collaborate with internal Tech teams to streamline cash flow processes.
- Execute foreign exchange trades to ensure non-euro payments can be made.
- Communicate to the banks the settlement instructions when needed.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective foreign exchange risk management.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software; familiarity with ERP and treasury management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Additional Information
The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
