Job DescriptionThe Junior Treasury Analyst is a member of the Global Treasury Support team, which has responsibility for supporting the cash management and banking operations in the North American Region, with global responsibilities for HQ activities. This position has primary responsibilities for bank documentation management and Treasury payments. This role is responsible for managing bank portal activities, payment support, recertifications, account maintenance, signer and access updates, and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders, banks, and BPO partners. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage recurring operational tasks as well as ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day treasury operations, including bank portal administration, account maintenance, payment inquiries, and banking documentation.
- Manage bank access and control processes, including user entitlements, limits, signers, POA changes, designated senders, and recertifications.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities for treasury staff and implement related bank access changes.
- Process and support payment-related activities such as direct debits, reverse wire drawdowns, cash management requests, manual payments, and wire templates in SAP and bank portals.
- Partner with BPO teams and banks to transition activities, maintain working files, manage transactions/services, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Letter of Instructions and other bank account management activities.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, escalate issues as needed, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support bank fee analysis, pricing updates, audit documentation, and compliance requirements including SOX, Internal Audit, External Audit, and Tax.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts, including dashboarding, reporting, workflow enhancements, and streamlining projects.
- Support Latin America treasury activities and handle additional ad hoc Treasury Operations requests in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.

- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 0 -2 years of experience in a corporate finance organization or with a commercial bank in corporate treasury services
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
