We are looking for a Junior Transfer Analyst to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, and support the processing of Cash ISA Transfers. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing various operational tasks related to CMC Markets Investments' Cash ISA Transfers, while maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cases are managed effectively.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing changing priorities and deadlines.
Cash Transfer is the process of transferring existing cash from one broker to/from another broker or from/to one broker to another registry.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing of Cash ISA (Transfer In and Transfer Out)
Establishing relationships with external counterparties to ensure issues are resolved
Following up with client/broker on all transfer cases through emails/calls on daily basis
Performing Four Eye oversight on transfer
Managing queries from clients/Premium Client Managers/Internal Stakeholders
Adhere to SLAs & KPIs
