To drive continued growth, we’re looking for a Jr TikTok Ads Specialist to help scale our presence on one of the world’s most powerful platforms for discovery and engagement.
The Impact You’ll HaveAs a Jr TikTok Ads Specialist at Fever, you’ll support the execution of high-performance advertising campaigns across global markets. You’ll bring creative thinking, data insight, and technical precision to help us connect with new audiences and turn engagement into growth.
This is a hands-on, high-growth role where you’ll contribute to everything from campaign planning to reporting — ensuring our TikTok strategy is aligned with real-time trends and performance metrics. If you’re passionate about digital media, performance marketing, and the evolving world of short-form video — this is your opportunity to leave a mark on a global brand.
What Your Day Could Look Like
- Help execute paid media campaigns on TikTok, with a focus on performance and conversion.
- Stay ahead of trends and content formats shaping the TikTok landscape across global markets.
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs daily — identifying key drivers and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure campaign budgets are accurately tracked, forecasted, and reported.
- Leverage audience insights and analytics to continuously refine creative and targeting strategies.
- Work closely with growth, design, content, and CRM teams to align on campaign direction.
- Support reporting, documentation, and automation of campaign workflows.
- Test new ad products, formats, and audience strategies to unlock new growth channels.
- 1–2 years of experience running TikTok Ads campaigns, ideally with a focus on performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s ad products, audience targeting tools, and creative best practices.
- Comfort working with KPIs and campaign analytics to inform decisions.
- Experience using campaign tracking, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- Advanced English (written and spoken); a second language such as Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive — with strong critical thinking skills.
- Team player who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Bonus: experience with Google Ads or other paid social platforms.
