Innovatus Technology Consulting is seeking a skilled Technical Writer/Business Analyst with an active DoD Secret Clearance to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting multiple projects by collaborating with team leads, ensuring high-quality technical documentation, and assisting with training and reporting requirements.Key Responsibilities:  

• Collaboration with Team Leads: Work closely with multiple team leads to gather requirements, clarify technical details, and ensure alignment on project deliverables.  
• Technical Documentation Review: Review, edit, and prepare technical documentation for release and signature, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with DoD standards and requirements.  
• Training Development and Tracking: Assist in the development of training materials and track training progress to support team readiness and compliance.  
• CDRLs and Metrics Reporting: Support the completion of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and contribute to monthly metric reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Qualifications:  

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (required).  
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Business Analysis, or a related field (or equivalent experience).  
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer and/or Business Analyst, preferably in a DoD or government contracting environment.  
• Strong understanding of technical documentation processes, including reviewing and preparing documents for release and signature.  
• Familiarity with CDRLs, metric reporting, and DoD compliance standards.  
• Experience supporting training development and tracking is a plus.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).

Preferred Skills:  

• Experience with DoD technical writing standards and guidelines.  
• Knowledge of training development tools and platforms.  
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
