Role
- Serve as the main technical product consultant for Wingtra stakeholders in the EMEA region, aiding customers and partners to maximize product utilization through best-in-class support handling and subject matter expertise
- Leverage knowledge and experience in drone workflows, photogrammetry, geomatics, and surveying to support requests and investigate technical issues
- Demonstrate effective communication across multidisciplinary teams, working closely with our engineers in Zurich and partners in EMEA to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize product performance
- Drive engagement with regional partners through structured onboarding, training sessions, in-person and remote meetings, and impactful product presentations
- Effectively utilize Hubspot as a CRM platform to handle customer support requests, seek out insights on customer activity to promote product upsell, and facilitate logistics processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation for external and internal stakeholders through the Knowledge Base to enhance product adoption, support efficiency, and knowledge sharing
- Handle logistics process for key partners in the EMEA region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).At least 1 year of experience in technical support or sales of a technical product
- Proficiency with modern CRM/ticketing systems such as Zendesk or HubSpot
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Willingness to travel to the company headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, and within the EMEA region
- Business-level fluency in English
- Residence in GMT +1 / +2 / time zones is mandatory, with the required work permit.
- This position is open only to candidates currently residing in Eastern Europe, with valid work authorization in their country of residence. Applications from outside the region will not be considered.
Plus
- Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving in fast-growing companies
- Fluency in a second language relevant to the EMEA region, such as German, Italian, or FrenchTechnical proficiency in photogrammetry, LiDAR, or GIS software, with hands-on experience in tools such as Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape, Trimble Business Center, LIDAR360, QGIS, or ArcGIS
- Experience in training, public speaking, or technical presentations, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- International work experience and proficiency in collaborating with distributed or remote teams.
