私たちは、次世代のRed Hat Technical Account Manager (TAM)として、将来のRed Hatを力強く牽引してくれる方を募集しています。

これまでRed Hatでは即戦力となる経験者採用を主としていましたが、時代の変化に迅速に対応するため、新たな試みを始めました。

そのため本職種では、本プログラムを通じて将来Red Hatを牽引する次世代のTAMを目指す方を募集しています。

• Red Hatによる全面的な育成プログラム(入社後12ヶ月)
• ベテランTAMと一緒にお客様へ技術的なアドバイス、インシデント調査
