In the Operations team at EBANX, you don’t just oversee processes. You ensure that every step of our solution runs accurately, efficiently, and reliably, impacting millions of transactions worldwide. • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of your merchant portfolio, identifying decline patterns and opportunities for improvement across payment methods and markets;
• Supporting merchants in their day-to-day operational needs, troubleshooting issues and coordinating internally with product, fraud prevention, and other teams to drive resolutions;
• Preparing and presenting periodic performance reviews with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations;
• Assisting in the onboarding and go-live process of new merchants, ensuring technical requirements are met and the operation runs smoothly from day one;
• Collaborating with more senior team members on complex investigations and initiatives, contributing to team knowledge and shared tools.

• Analytical mindset — you're comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and translating numbers into clear, actionable narratives;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and merchants professionally;
• Proactivity and ownership — you don't wait for problems to escalate; you investigate, follow up, and close the loop;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing quality or attention to detail;
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.

• Previous experience in payments, fintechs, or SaaS companies;
• Familiarity with data tools and business intelligence platforms;
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying;
• English proficiency for merchant and internal communication;
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, or commercial teams.
