We’re Trialfacts. We connect patients to clinical trials. Your technical work keeps our systems running and enables researchers to bring life-changing treatments to the world.
YOUR JOB:
Set up and customize landing pages, surveys, and scheduling tools. Build automations, integrate platforms, solve technical issues, and continuously improve the systems that support our patient recruitment operations. (This position will begin as part-time, with the intention and opportunity to move into a full-time role in the near future, subject to performance and business needs.)

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Foundational coding skills – Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and at least one programming language, plus the willingness to learn LUA and Google Apps Script.
- Technical adaptability and ease of learning tools like WordPress, SurveyGizmo, Zapier, and Google Suite
- A systems and problem-solver mindset — you like fixing things and improving processes
- Strong organization and ownership — you manage multiple tasks independently and deliver reliably
- Clear communication in written and spoken English
- A drive to learn and continuously grow your tech skills
