To support our Talent Attraction team we are searching for a Junior Talent Attraction Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Leipzig office. Please note this is a one-year fixed term contract.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for operations across Germany, UK, Italy, Spain and the US for Blue Collar and White Collar Positions
- Collaborate closely with key Hiring Managers while demonstrating a profound understanding of cross-functional department dynamics and country-specific requirements
- Conducting weekly high-volume hiring days for blue-collar staff
- Active Sourcing for business-critical key positions
- Support of candidates up to their starting date incl. administrative internal processes
Who You Are
- Degree in Business Administration or equal education, ideally with a focus on human resources
- Recruitment experience
- First experience in Active Sourcing is a plus
- High focus on teamwork as well as self-responsibility and reliability
- Full professional proficiency in both German and English
- Hands-on mentality
