As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be a driving force behind our hiring success. You’ll play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to fuel our company’s growth. This is your opportunity to develop into a recruitment expert while shaping the future of FREENOW!
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- End-to-end recruitment support: Own key parts of the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Candidate engagement: Deliver an exceptional candidate journey, keeping communication clear, timely, and engaging.
- Sourcing & talent identification: Proactively identify and attract top talent using innovative sourcing strategies.
- Hiring manager collaboration: Act as a trusted talent acquisition partner, providing insights and ensuring alignment in hiring needs.
- Process excellence & compliance: Maintain high standards in recruitment operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every hire.
- Continuous learning & innovation: Stay ahead of talent market trends, refine hiring strategies, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our processes.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment. Experience hiring for business & corporate roles would be a plus.
- Strong communication and organisational skills to manage multiple hiring processes with confidence and precision.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a drive to create an outstanding hiring experience.
- Basic sourcing techniques with a willingness to learn and experiment with new recruitment approaches.
- Fluency in EN (C1 min.), knowledge of German or other European languages would be an advantage.
