Job Description

  • End-to-end management of the recruiting process, from job posting to contract preparation
  • Proactively sourcing and identifying talent, primarily via LinkedIn 
  • Responsibility for filling business roles across all levels of seniority
  • Proactive direct sourcing and identification of talent, primarily via LinkedIn
  • Building and strategically maintaining sustainable talent pipelines and networks
  • Advising hiring managers as an equal partner to ensure the best possible fit for open positions
  • Developing and implementing target group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving well-founded recommendations for action
  • Representing the company at job fairs, events, and networking activities for long-term talent acquisition

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification
  • First experience in recruiting and active sourcing
  • Confident handling of modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a keen sense for interacting with people at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • A strong passion for professional networking and a sharp instinct for identifying the ideal fit for each team
