We are looking for Junior T&E Accountant to join AP team of our maturing
Shared Service Centre in Warsaw and to help us transit & establish best in class service.

Your main tasks
- Processing employee travel and expense claims in line with established procedures
- Reviewing expense claims and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Checking compliance of submitted expenses with the company’s Travel & Expense policy
- Following up with employees in case of missing or incorrect documentation
- Responding to basic employee queries related to travel and expense claims
- Supporting account reconciliations and month-end closing activities
- Preparing basic reports and data related to employee expenses
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in the T&E system
- Supporting the team with day-to-day T&E activities and process-related tasks
- Supporting continuous improvement of Travel & Expense processes
Requirements
- University degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while being a supportive team member
- Willingness to learn and develop within the Travel & Expense area
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, administration or customer service would be an advantage
- Previous experience with a T&E process or financial system (e.g. NEO, JD Edwards) would be an advantage

Skills Required
