Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of system architecture for various projects.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support documentation of system architecture, including diagrams and operational procedures.
• Analyze existing and approved platform requirements documentation (Capabilities Development Document, System Requirements Document, etc.)
• Participate in code reviews and provide insights for system improvements.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies to enhance architecture practices.
• Assist in developing system CONOPS, architecture, and interface definitions of complex systems in an MBSE environment
• Assist in conducting walkthroughs and formal reviews of system requirements and architecture models developed using SysML and MBSE processes

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in model base system engineering or systems architecture.
• Understanding of basic architectural patterns and principles.
• Experience in Cameo SysML Modeling to develop models of system requirements, architecture/design, and/or interfaces.
• DoD Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain a Secret

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Knowledge of database systems and data modeling.
• Experience applying SysML-based MBSE methods and tools
