PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Usual working space is a well-ventilated area. Requires standing, walking, turning, bending, stooping, and lifting. Clear speech to communicate effectively with customers (e.g. patients, families, and other team members). Fine and gross motor skills. Environment may be stressful at times, therefore ability to work under stressful conditions is necessary. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required, anything over 50 lbs should be a team lift or with the use of a lifting aid.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Provide advanced troubleshooting on all systems within organization including workstations, servers, network equipment, and supported applications.

Assist with support of Windows Servers including Active Directory and Group Policies, Office 365 tenant administration, and a VMWare environment including the upgrading of systems, remediation of issues, and planning of changes.

Utilize help desk to identify problems and assist with open requests based on queue and addressing any problems impacting patient care quickly and completely.

Ensure backups are consistently maintained and audited for disaster recovery needs, as well as monitor and configure any virus protection software.

Provide quality service to everyone in organization with excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude.

Be willing to help as needed within department on different projects and tasks to best serve the organization.

Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience (preferred)
- Troubleshooting of workstations, servers, network equipment, and supported applications
- Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Office 365 (Office 365 tenant) administration experience
- Experience with VMware environments
- Knowledge of backups and disaster recovery processes
- Experience monitoring and configuring antivirus/endpoint protection software
- Experience using a help-desk ticketing system and managing ticket queues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and positive customer service attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Familiarity with HIPAA and HIPAA Security confidentiality standards
