We're looking for a tech-savvy, curious, and motivated Junior System Reliability Engineer to join our support team. Responsibilities- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Perform basic system maintenance and software upgrades
- Analyze logs and system behavior under guidance
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and escalate complex cases
- Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing
- Continuously build knowledge in cloud, storage, and automation technologies
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical support, IT, or system admin role - A must
- Relevant academic or professional studies
- Familiarity with Linux (you enjoy tinkering and understanding how things work)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or GCP is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English - Written and verbal
- Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus
- A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
