We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Junior Manager in Belgrade.

In this role, we will be responsible for:

  • Work directly with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable supply and a great on-shelf experience.
  • Analyze forecasts and performance trends to spot gaps early, explain what’s driving results, and steer the next cycle.
  • Deliver projects that make the system better—simpler routines, fewer touches, smarter tools, and tangible savings.

You will collaborate closely with our international teams across Europe to deliver exceptional service for a broad geographic area in Balkans and variety of brands. This position will involve engaging with various supply chain disciplines and customer teams, fostering strong relationships to drive optimal results. Our success hinges on our ability to work together, ensuring that P&G products are readily available for consumers every day!

💰 Your compensation during this opportunity will be 204540 RSD gross/month (2659020 RSD gross/year) - Our competitive compensation package includes on top a prorated annual 13th salary and a separate vacation bonus.

Job Qualifications

  • Recent Graduates of Higher Education (Bachelors/Masters/MBA)
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English & Serbian
  • Visionary and strategic leadership skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to efficiently collaborate within a multicultural environment
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical skills
