What you will do:
- Constantly raise the bar on supply chain standards and enable performance of suppliers and ops sub-teams to drive profitability and efficiency
- Lead systems integration projects to improve information flow along the supply chain
- Working with the rest of the supply chain excellence team, guaranteeing our supply chain is optimized, constantly challenging status quo on first mile, WH, LM design, location, cost and service
- Establish and enforce service level agreements with suppliers, implementing robust performance monitoring mechanisms, and fostering collaborative relationships through supplier engagement initiatives
- Conduct data-driven analyses of supply chain KPIs, creating loss trees and diagnosing root causes, launching projects to address the biggest opportunity areas
Who we're looking for:
- You have a university degree
- You have relevant background or experience with lean six sigma
- You have proficiency in data analysis
- You have background, knowledge, or experience with BI platforms such as Power BI and Tableau a plus
- You have an independent and structured way of working.
- You think customer and process oriented.
- You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
