岗位职责
1. 定期进行供应商绩效评估
2. 定期进行供应商制程和体系审核，监控供应商端的制程质量情况。针对审核中的不符合项，要求供应商制定纠正措施，并追踪完成情况，确保供应商质量能力符合公司要求
3. 针对原材料质量问题，组织相关方进行调查和分析，及时、有效的解决问题，确保生产运营顺利进行
4. 指导供应商进行风险管理，制定改进计划，并监督执行情况，持续改进供应商质量水平
5. 完成各类质量分析报告
6. 履行该岗位相应的安全生产责任，确保所有工作符合公司安全规范及要求
7. 管理层安排的其他工作
任职要求
1. 机械专业本科或以上学历
2. 2年及以上制造企业质量管理相关经验，机械及机加工行业优先
3. 掌握质量工具并具备良好的 GD&T知识储备
4. 熟悉ISO9000，并能够运用SPC、FMEA、QC七大手法等基本质量管理工具
5. 能有效使用英语进行书面及口语交流
6. 较强的责任心，良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识
7. 具备良好的分析及解决问题的能力

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years manufacturing quality management experience
- Experience in mechanical or machining industry
- Proficiency with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 and quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and QC Seven Tools
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong responsibility, communication, coordination and teamwork abilities
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
