We're looking for a Junior Strategic Planner with a passion for the EU and an insatiable curiosity to join our dynamic team. If you’re eager to develop campaigns that reach audiences across all EU Member States and communicate important EU policies and programs, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:

Support Strategic Vision: Work with our strategic team to develop compelling communication and advertising strategies that strike a chord with diverse audiences.

Unearth Insights: Dive into research to uncover insights that drive our campaigns. From understanding citizen perspectives to grasping the nuances of policy and geographic contexts, your work will make our strategies data-driven and impactful.

Collaborate with Creatives: Contribute to creative briefings and collaborate with our talented teams, learning from experienced senior planners along the way. Your insights will fuel creative ideas and guide projects from inception to delivery.

Evaluate Campaigns: Help monitor and measure the success of our campaigns, providing valuable input on what worked, what didn’t, and how we can make an even bigger impact next time.
What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background: You hold a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences, Political Science, Social Science, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience & Skills: You bring 1-2 years of experience in strategy, research, or communication, along with a sharp mind and keen analytical skills.

Language Proficiency: You’re fluent in English (additional EU languages are a bonus!).

Passionate & Curious: You have a deep interest in the EU, an eye for detail, and the ability to make complex topics easy to understand.
