The
Vocational Staff Assist in overseeing the Work Experience
Program… one of the most impactful parts of Adult &
Teen Challenge.
This
role combines leadership,
hands-on work, and discipleship. You’ll help students
develop real-world skills while growing in character,
discipline, and faith.
You’re
not just leading teams… you’re helping rebuild lives
through meaningful work.
- Lead and oversee a variety of jobs, and minister to students while doing so
- Plan and manage daily work assigned for you and your team
- Teach students responsibility, work ethic, and skill development
- Disciple and mentor students in a work environment
- Coordinate with leadership on scheduling and operations
- Maintain equipment, safety standards, and workflow
- Train and lead your team assigned
Requirements
- Strong,
mature relationship with Jesus Christ
- Agreement
with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
- Understanding
of addiction recovery and discipleship
- Strong
organizational and leadership skills
- Ability
to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness
to complete OSHA training

What We Do
Adult & Teen Challenge (ATC) is a faith-based non-profit organization providing Christ-centered addiction recovery services for adults and teens. With over 200 residential centers across North America, the organization focuses on transforming lives through a combination of biblical principles, discipleship, mentoring, and life-skills training to help individuals find freedom from addiction and other life-controlling issues.
