Team/Role Overview
Junior SRE (C11) is Developer Services SRE team member (the team consists of 5-6 persons) and somebody who works on automation of manual/repetitive processes, driving service resiliency, coordinating service issue investigations and new deployments within CI/CD pipeline tools used in Citi.
What you’ll do:
Support CI/CD services for Citi Developers (globally)
Automate manual activities (reports, checkouts, configs, dashboards)
Continuously improve systems resiliency, reliability - through a design and development of software solutions and streamlined processes,
What we’ll need from you:
Software development experience scripting in Python/Shell
Understanding DevOps, CI/CD pipeline and tools
Experience in analysing data to drive decisions.
Strong analytical, algorithmic, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork, proactive attitude, strong communication skills, both written and oral.
