Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and deployment of the workflow tracking system.

Collaborate with the Solutions Architect and development team to implement technical solutions.

Learn and adapt to new coding languages and frameworks required for the platform.

Support troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in development.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features and system updates.

Maintain technical documentation and contribute to system knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Skills:

Familiarity with front-end & back-end technologies.

Willingness to learn new coding languages and frameworks.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative environment and take initiative in development tasks.

Understanding of software architecture principles.

Experience with workflow management systems (preferred but not required).
This role serves as a development-focused technical position with room for growth into higher-level architectural and engineering roles as skills and experience progress.
