Overview: We are looking for a talented Associate Software Engineer to develop, and maintain robust, scalable solutions in a microservices architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance software using AWS services, modern DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
Must-Haves
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, C#).
- Familiarity with relational databases.
- Experience with object-oriented principles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile team environment.
Preferred
- Exposure to AWS.
- Exposure to Gen AI (e.g., working with large language models or AI-driven features).
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to Analytics (e.g. Redshift, Quicksight).
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing applications.
- Implement and maintain observability practices (monitoring, logging).
- Write clean, testable code and perform code reviews.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Work in an Agile environment, participating in daily standups, sprints, and retrospectives.
