Job Description Summary:

The CocaCola Company is evolving into a more digitalfirst, datadriven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the KO system’s next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end to end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain based, product centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

Role Overview

As a Junior Software Engineer within CocaCola’s Digital organization, you will play a key role in building and scaling the technology products and platforms that power the company’s digital transformation journey. You will contribute to the development of modern, secure, and resilient digital solutions that embed data, automation, and artificial intelligence into core business processes and experiences across the enterprise.

This role will partner closely with product managers, architects, data professionals, and business stakeholders to translate business opportunities into scalable technology solutions. The Software Engineer will help accelerate the delivery of digital products, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision making through high-quality software development practices. Success in this role requires a strong engineering mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and the ability to thrive in a product-centric, agile environment focused on creating measurable business value.

• Contribute to the incorporation of data and AI-enabled capabilities into digital products and business workflows where appropriate.

• Develop secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions that comply with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and governance standards.

Participate in product discovery, technical design discussions, solution reviews, and sprint planning activities.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software defects and production issues to ensure platform stability and performance.

• Support the modernization of legacy applications and help drive adoption of reusable platforms, components, and engineering standards.

• Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into maintainable software solutions.

Monitor application performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

• Contribute to a culture of experimentation, innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the Digital organization.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or related technology roles.

• Experience developing and deploying software applications using modern programming languages and development frameworks.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, distributed systems, and scalable application design principles.

• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of application programming interfaces (APIs), integration patterns, and microservices architectures.
