Department OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our team of call routing services. This project is focused on 911 call routing to call handling applications — a system that directly supports public safety and saves lives
Job Description

• Automation Development: Develop, maintain, and execute robust automated test scripts and libraries primarily using Python and the Robot Framework.

• System Maintenance and Extension: Utilize Java  proficiency to actively maintain and extend our existing automation infrastructure and testing tools.

• Customer Test Support: Be available and prepared to participate in an on-call rotation to support customer testing sessions, ensuring immediate resolution of critical automation issues.

• Communication: Maintain good written and verbal English communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.

• Growth Mindset: Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new technologies, tools as with time we would focus more on Java development skills

Basic RequirementsRequirements

• Practical experience in Python 

• Practical experience in Java 

• Knowledge of Robot framework or willingness to gain this knowledge 

Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
