P1 - Junior Software Engineer
Why this role mattersOur Software Engineers perform and participate in application development of our multichannel cloud communication solutions. We are expanding our international team involved in integrating our platforms with Salesforce CRM.
We don't expect you to have previous commercial software engineering experience. Our aim is to bring on board a passionate, self-driven individual who is hungry for knowledge and wants to grow into the Software Engineer position.
Your key responsibilities- Creating a secure, scalable service that our customers want to shout about.
- Continuously improving, automating and monitoring our cloud platform.
- Given the opportunity to work on advancing algorithms, including statistical analysis and routing.
- Working on a combination of Python, Node.JS, Golang, microservices, Kafka and AWS cloud.
- Familiarity with any programming language or tech stack, we’re open-minded, but an exposure to Python, Node.JS and Golang is a bonus.
- A solid foundation in programming fundamentals, gained through a degree
- Evidence of self-motivation: this could be anything from a GitHub profile, a coding blog, a course certificate, or a side project you're proud of.
- A genuine passion for software development, whether it's through personal projects, open-source contributions, coursework, or self-taught experience.
- A strong drive to learn, grow, and push yourself; you're someone who seeks out new challenges and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty figuring things out.
- An eagerness to contribute, ask questions, and work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
