What You Will Be Doing:

• Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications based on guidance from Senior developers
• Implement architectures that satisfy project requirements and provide future leverage
• Work with Senior developers to identify and test bug fixes and hot patches
• Provide technical support to project team members with assistance from existing technical support
• Adhere to project schedules and reporting during development and construction phases
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Problem solving and troubleshooting as necessary
• Promote the sharing of common architectural constructs, standards and frameworks across projects within the organization
• Perform other special projects or duties when required
• Participate in calls with Clients to help trouble-shoot client specific issues
• Work with Product Managers and Senior developers to define level of effort and feasibility of new functional requirements
• Has a college degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Have a comprehensive understanding of Java (preferably JDK 17 or later)
• Have a basic understanding of REST Technologies
• Have a basic understanding of Spring Boot
• Understanding of source control systems like GitHub or BitBucket
