Junior Software Developer 

For our Sales Business Operations Europe (SBOE) department, we are seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our Process Automation & Application Development Team which is dedicated to developing and maintaining critical business applications in Sales Order Processing, Logistics, Pricing, and more. Our team is committed to delivering robust business process automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate with team members to develop and maintain software solutions and automate processes by understanding business needs, investigating problem areas and following the software development lifecycle.

You will show proactivity in understanding the users' needs, suggest improvements and propose new technologies by looking at the newest market trends.

You will:

• Develop and maintain software solutions and automation of business applications by analyzing business requirements and collaborating with users.
• Study systems flow, data usage, and work processes to identify improvement areas.
• Investigate and troubleshoot problem areas within applications.
• Follow the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and efficiency in development.

You will bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (IT or Business).
• Good experience in software development
• Experience with web development (frontend and backend frameworks) in Django
• Proficient in automation scripting, particularly using Python and/or VBA.
• Experience working with SQL Databases, and SQL Programming languages
• Experience with version control and project pipeline (GIT, JIRA)
• English fluency
