Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your creative and technical skills in a fast-evolving industry! As a Junior Social Media Specialist, you will manage, optimize, and coordinate the social media presence of AI characters, ensuring consistency, engagement, and alignment with the brand's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management & Posting: Create, schedule, and publish posts on behalf of AI characters across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engagement Management: Moderate comments, messages, and interactions, crafting responses that reflect the AI characters' personalities while maintaining a professional tone.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report key Instagram metrics (followers, engagement rates, reach) and prepare performance summaries to inform strategy improvements.
- AI Persona Development: Collaborate with the creative team to refine the tone of voice and communication style of AI characters, ensuring consistency with the overall brand.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor social media platforms for any technical issues, such as broken links or outdated information, and work with the IT team to resolve these promptly.
- Media Asset Management: Upload, organize, and manage media assets (photos, videos, graphics) for use across various social media platforms.
- Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with the content creation team and other departments to ensure Instagram content is aligned with campaign goals, announcements, and brand guidelines.
- Content Calendar Management: Oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring posts are scheduled and deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in managing social media accounts (administrative or coordinator role) or a strong personal presence on social media.
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with a diverse audience.
- Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- A creative mindset and strong problem-solving skills to effectively engage audiences and resolve issues.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with digital tools, and a willingness to quickly learn new platforms and systems.
- Openness to and interest in AI technologies and digital innovation.
