Job Description

As Head of Marketing Online & Enabling, you are part of the global marketing team of the business unit Measuring Tools, leading a newly created team of marketing specialists based in Budapest. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Lead a diverse team of experts in marketing enabling and online marketing to translate and implement the Bosch brand strategy across training, content production, technical marketing and online touchpoints
  • Drive the online touchpoint strategy and roadmap, ensuring appropriate adoption to drive business value for Measuring Tools
  • Ensure a consistent implementation of brand strategy and marketing concepts in all online touchpoints and assets for Measuring Tools
  • Enable an efficient and high-quality content production according to brand guidelines to cover all touchpoints, online and offline
  • Take responsibility for the full-funnel online engagement strategy based on the REACT framework and ROI targets
  • Ensure a consistent implementation of online touchpoints in the different regions and in alignment with the other business units
  • Ensure touchpoint management as well as content and training material development is based on user journey insights and thorough analysis of market, competitor and user behavior
  • Represent the business unit towards internal stakeholders in all essential online marketing and infrastructure projects
  • Ensure the IT infrastructure supports the brand and product line strategy

Qualifications

  • Background: You have a bachelor's degree in e.g. Business, Economics, Commerce and Marketing or any related specialization. 
  • Experience: You have at least 5 years experience in a field of marketing. Leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Personality: Motivator and role-model for collaboration and an open leadership style based on trust and active feedback culture. Resilient and highly motivated individual with an ability to form and lead teams in challenging times
  • Working practice: Excellent communicator and skilled in internal stakeholder management. Strong result-orientation and clear commitment to achieving ROI targets. Efficient, structured and independent way of working with clear priorities.
  • Languages: You have advanced English (written and spoken). Hungarian language knowledge is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally
