The Role
You will own SEO and AI Search performance for a portfolio of client brands — developing strategies, executing campaigns, monitoring results, and directly impacting how brands appear across search engines and AI platforms.
Responsibilities for SEO Specialist
- Develop and execute SEO and AI Search strategies that drive rankings, organic traffic, conversions, AI visibility, and AI citations.
- Conduct keyword research and AI prompt analysis to identify content and optimization opportunities.
- Set measurable KPIs (rankings, sessions, new users, AI mentions, conversions) and own the results.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance across GSC, GA4, and AI search platforms, adjusting strategies proactively with algorithm shifts.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify strategic gaps.
- Produce and optimize high-quality website content: blog posts, landing pages, on-page copy, and meta data for both search engines and AI platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure all materials align with SEO best practices and keyword strategies.
- Conduct technical SEO audits covering sitemaps, crawlability, indexability, redirects, broken pages, rendering, canonicals, pagination, schema markup, and core web vitals or page speed.
- Work with the SEO Technical Developer and client tech teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams (content, paid media, technical, client-facing) to align SEO with broader marketing goals.
- Present strategies and performance insights to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Stay current with algorithm updates, AI search developments, and industry best practices.

Qualifications for SEO Specialist
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable campaign results.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking signals, and AI search platforms (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Strong keyword research, data analysis, and competitor analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Thai; English is a plus.
- Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms (Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow).
- Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals: crawlability, indexation, site speed, structured data.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI search optimization or understanding of how LLMs retrieve and cite information.
- Background in content marketing or copywriting.
- Experience with reporting tools (Looker Studio, BigQuery) or paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Prior agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
