We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive our growth in the industrial, logistics, and fleet sectors. This role will focus on developing strategic relationships with factories, logistics companies, and commercial fleet operators, delivering tailored EV charging solutions that support their operational and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with industrial clients, logistics providers, fleet operators, and commercial property owners.
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand operational requirements and propose effective charging infrastructure and fleet electrification solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and end users (EV drivers), ensuring alignment between operational needs and user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and project teams to deliver customized, end-to-end solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and government incentives relevant to industrial electrification.
  • Prepare and present proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Business, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with relevant internship or project experience will have an advantage.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in industrial, logistics, fleet management, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong understanding of industrial operations, fleet management, and/or EV charging technologies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close high-value B2B deals.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
