We are looking for a Junior SDR to join the Encore Affiliates project. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals at the beginning of their career who want to build experience in affiliate marketing, sales, and business development. The position focuses on publisher acquisition and outreach, helping grow the network by identifying, contacting, and supporting the onboarding of new partners.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
· Research and identify potential publishers, including blogs, coupon sites, influencers, cashback platforms, and comparison sites.
· Find and verify publisher contact details using research tools and internal systems.
· Manage and update publisher information in CRM systems such as Pipedrive and internal tools.
· Send structured outreach emails to prospective publishers.
· Follow up with leads and track communication progress.
· Support the onboarding process for new publishers.
· Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams.
· Execute daily structured tasks in line with clearly defined KPIs.
Requirements:
· Good English skills, particularly in writing and reading.
· Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Excel, research tools, and email platforms.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Process-oriented and comfortable following structured workflows.
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistency.
· Willingness to learn and grow within affiliate marketing.
· No previous professional experience is required; full training will be provided.
