Software Development Engineer in Test

The Team:

The Quality Engineering team collaborates closely with various Technology Functions and Business units to ensure the quality delivery of our products. Responsibilities and Impact:

As an SDET, you will play a vital role in developing and testing solutions to test applications across Web, API, and Services platforms, while also establishing efficient data comparison methods. Your primary challenge will be to minimize the “time to market” for products without sacrificing quality, leveraging automation and innovative practices, including Generative AI techniques. You will work with a diverse set of technologies and collaborate with various internal teams.

Test Design/Execution: Design and execute detailed manual test cases for Salesforce RCA (Quoting, Contracts), RCB (Billing, Invoicing), and Agentforce AI interactions.

Automation Assistance: Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using the Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) platform.

Test Maintenance and Defect Management: Perform troubleshooting on failing CRT scripts and track defects using tools like ADO and Jira.

Data Validation and Agentforce Testing: Validate data integrity post-transaction and execute tests for Agentforce use cases.

Basic Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field, preferably in a financial technology environment.

Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform (Admin concepts, data model).

Familiarity with test automation concepts and a strong willingness to learn Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).

Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

Bachelor's or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting & Finance, or equivalent is preferred.

Key Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, essential for maintaining high standards in testing.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Generative AI tools and their application in testing processes.

Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative.
