Job DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of Senior Schedulers and Project Schedulers to provide constructionschedule review comments for contractor-generated Baseline Schedules and Monthly Scheduleupdates based on review templates.
- Assist the scheduling team in creating and populating various schedule related reports in Excel and P6 software.
- Create Earned Value Curves based on template guidelines.
- Perform QA/QC on contractors’ schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope andrequirements.
- Analyze schedules for proper use of program level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrity.
- Perform QA/QC on P6 program schedules and validate logic ties to ensure conformance withscheduling guidelines for various project types.
- Update the master program schedule with as-built start and finish dates while coordinating input from various Facilities teams on projected/forecast sequential start/finish dates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in engineering,architecture, or construction management
- One (1) year full-time paid professional experience responsible in Scheduling for an Owner orGeneral Contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version (P6 v19) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
- Superior organizational and planning skills
