We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early exposure to SAP or ERP systems who wants to deepen their expertise in master data, governance, and supply chain processes.

In this role, you will support the maintenance, governance, and quality of master data across SAP systems while working closely with logistics, procurement, quality, and IT teams. You will gain hands-on experience in SAP MDM processes and contribute to data accuracy and operational efficiency.

What you will be doing:

• Support the creation, maintenance, and governance of SAP master data.
• Assist in data cleansing, validation, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Support data migration activities during SAP implementations or system enhancements (data preparation, mapping, testing, validation).
• Collaborate with business users to understand master data requirements and ensure proper data setup in SAP.
• Assist in maintaining data integrity across logistics and supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, order processing).
• Help troubleshoot master data issues in coordination with functional consultants.
• Contribute to documentation of master data processes and governance procedures.
• Participate in testing activities (UAT, data validation) related to master data changes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline master data workflows.

• 1-2 years of experience in SAP MDM, ERP systems, logistics, supply chain, or data-related roles.
• Basic understanding of SAP Master Data Management concepts.
• You should be located in Portugal and have the legal right to work there
• Exposure to SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM/EWM, or QM is a plus.
• Initial experience with data migration, data cleansing, or data validation activities is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and organized manner.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in SAP MDM and governance processes.
• S/4HANA exposure is a plus but not required.
