We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP Consultant to join our growing SAP team. The successful candidate will support SAP project implementations, system enhancements, and day-to-day operations. You will work closely with senior consultants to analyze business requirements, configure SAP modules, and deliver quality solutions to clients.

As part of our commitment to developing SAP talent, we provide structured training across various SAP modules (such as MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, IBP, and SuccessFactors), depending on the project you are assigned to.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP implementation, configuration, and testing activities under the guidance of senior consultants.

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into system solutions.

• Participate in user training and provide first-level application support.

• Help troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with functional and technical teams.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and process flow materials.

• Continuously learn and apply SAP best practices and new functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in SAP support, project work, or internship experience in a related area.

• Basic understanding of core SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, or SuccessFactors.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the SAP consulting environment.
