We are seeking an ABAP Senior Technical Specialist to join our agile, collaborative team supporting logistics and shipping solutions. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated developer with foundational experience in software development and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the SAP ecosystem.
The successful candidate will provide support and work on the XBOX (P&G Tool) and TMS (Transportation Management System) platforms. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and maintenance of current functionalities, supporting new feature implementation, and participating in the full software development lifecycle under the guidance of experienced team members. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, Agile methodologies (particularly SCRUM), and system integration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Project Work:
Understand shipping-related requirements as provided by software engineers and business analysts
Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of SAP ABAP programs and enhancements
Support the creation of custom reports, data dictionary objects, and component views
SAP Production Support:
Help resolve incidents by supporting code creation, testing, and troubleshooting
Contribute to project testing and debugging activities
Provide post-implementation support and performance optimization assistance
Job Qualifications
Advanced student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
Up to 1 year of experience in a software development role
Knowledge in SAP ABAP development, including debugging
Basic coding experience with Python, Java, or SAP Scripting
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have:
Exposure to Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM
