Job Description

• An experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud mentor will be there to help you get started as a Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant for onboarding and training.
• You will then be involved in innovative Salesforce projects and increase your responsibilities. In order to continuously expand your personal expertise, we offer you ongoing internal and external training and the opportunity to obtain certifications.
• Your area of responsibility in customer projects is very diverse. You will act as a link between customer and development teams, evaluate the technical-functional implementation of customer requirements, be responsible for design and implementation processes and co-lead workshops.
• With growing expertise you will also be able to (partially) take over project management responsibility in exciting customer projects and participate in presales processes.

Qualifications

• You are studying (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable course of study or are about to graduate/have already completed your studies.
• You have an affinity for marketing-related topics such as omnichannel marketing, hyperpersonalization, social media targeting and artificial intelligence.
• You have a keen interest in digital transformation and marketing automation, you convince with your affinity for topics related to customer relationship management and ideally already have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation tool.
• You enjoy teamwork and your way of working is determined, motivated and independent.
• You speak fluent German and English and convince with your communication and problem-solving skills.
