In this role, you'll be part of our Finance team and have all our business data at your fingertips. You will be working closely with our GTM teams to ensure our operations is running smoothly and will be learning from our senior team members in a scale-up environment. If you can wield Excel and have your analytical skills at the ready, we can teach you the rest and will let you grow with us. 📈
What You'll Do
Sales Analytics
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for the CRM system and other sales tools.
- Support sales team members with common CRM and CPQ issues or bugs.
- Manage lead entries, ensuring accurate data input and lead routing.
- Build and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Maintain CRM data cleanliness and integrity.
- Support Sales/Finance reporting
Finance Analytics
- Cost controlling
- Revenue controlling
- AR invoicing support/controlling
- Finance ad hoc analyses
- Support of FP&A processes
What You'll Need
- MS Excel at expert level
- Analytic skills
- Basic company business knowledge
- Basic accounting principles or cost-controlling principles
- Common sense in business
- Fluent in English
