As a Junior Sales Support Specialist&Marketing you will be responsible for support in preparing sales and marketing activities as a part of CEE Signify Consumer Marketing team working directly with colleagues in order to support activities for our product portfolio focusing on home consumer products and smart lighting portfolio – Philips, Philips HUE, WiZ.

What you’ll do

Supporting in preparing sales offers, documents and presentations.

Supporting and executing marketing and digital activities and content.

Reviewing prepared translation of online content MARCOM materials/assets

Coordinating online content for customers, follow up and ensure it is implemented correctly

Assisting in sales orders management: submit orders into ordering platform, follow-up backorders, check price compliance.

Processing incoming customers claims.

Supporting at customers trainings in stores, POS implementation and in-store promo execution.

Supporting KAM in daily office operational tasks.

Monitoring competitors’ promotions and other marketing actions in the shops and online.

Regular visits to shops to check compliance of agreed commercial conditions with customers (product visibility and availability, planogram implementation)
Your qualifications

Bachelor Degree
-
Lithuanian language is required
-
English at least at upper-intermediate level (contact with colleagues from different markets). Latvian – would be an advantage

Very good excel and PowerPoint skills (preparing reports, analysis and presentations)

Some experience in digital, trade or product marketing would be an advantage

Very good communication skills

Open-minded and can-do attitude, strong learning agility and passion about new technologies

Being flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities in fast-paced environment

Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional team

Independent in your routine and organization, you are comfortable working within a team.
