What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Learn professional sales skills through structured training and daily coaching 
  • Make outbound calls and send emails to engage potential new member attorneys 
  • Speak with attorneys nationwide to understand their needs 
  • Schedule qualified appointments and conduct online product demonstrations 
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities 
  • Work toward—and exceed—monthly performance goals 
  • Develop confidence, communication skills, and business acumen 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

You do not need prior sales experience. We’re looking for people who are: 

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented 
  • Competitive, with a strong desire to succeed and improve 
  • Comfortable communicating by phone and email 
  • Coachable—open to feedback and eager to apply it 
  • Self-disciplined, reliable, and accountable for results 
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection without losing momentum 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus—but not required.

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Average first-year earnings: $50,000 – $90,000 
    (Top performers regularly earn six figures) 
  • Guaranteed hourly base plus uncapped bonuses 
  • Monthly revenue bonuses 
  • Clear advancement opportunities and internal promotions 
  • $1,500 Retention Bonus  
    (Close your first five deals and earn an additional $1,500)
