Work Flexibility: Field-based
This is a position in which the employee does not have an individual sales plan but will have the opportunity to learn about the specific nature of work in our organization, gain knowledge about the market and our innovative products. After one year of effective work in this position, you will have the opportunity to advance in the department's structures, which will involve independent customer service in the entrusted area and the achievement of sales goals.
What you will do:
- Assist in promoting and selling Stryker (Neurovascular) products
- Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings
- Track territory progress and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives
- Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff
- Provide exceptional service to customers
- Exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Manage and maintain sample inventory meticulously
What you need:
Required:
- Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English
- 0-2 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Category B driving license and readiness to work in the field
- Place of residence: Warsaw/Mazovian Voivodeship
- No contraindications to staying in the operating room
Preferred:
- Medical related fields or B2B sales experience preferred
