Our Mission:

Compensation: $60,000 OTE ($40,000 base salary plus commission)

Modality: Hybrid (based on performance; on-site in West Valley for first 30–60 days)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.


What you’ll be doing

  • Researching and prospecting potential partners through cold calls, emails, and social strategies with the goal of setting up demos for Account Executives.
  • Following up consistently with leads via phone, email, and chat to maintain engagement and pipeline progression.
  • Effectively communicating Clicklease’s value proposition to potential partners and small business owners.
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to ensure fit and readiness for Account Executive engagement.
  • Diligently using CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data, maintain accurate notes, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Developing creative strategies for targeting decision-makers and driving conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging.
  • Achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly activity and opportunity-generation goals.

  • Proven ability to communicate with decision-makers and secure meetings with key stakeholders.


Essential Functions

  • Ability to remain seated at a workstation for extended periods while making calls or conducting virtual outreach.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English through phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard, headset, and mouse with dexterity and accuracy.
  • Ability to process, analyze, and track data in CRM and related software.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a hybrid environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology tools and workflow updates.
