The Role
As a Junior Sales Operations Specialist, your job is to maintain the data quality of our customer databases by performing research, data validation, and updating of existing records.
Your responsibilities include:
- conducting research on customer data as per guidelines/instructions
- analyzing existing data to check for inconsistencies and duplicates
- correcting data inaccuracies in our database
- preparing reports based on work done
- performing other tasks assigned by the Supervisor(s)
